Deleting your CTRL account
Deletion is built into the app and takes effect immediately.
Delete in the app
Settings → Account → Delete account → type DELETE.
Deleted immediately
Your profile (name, email), notification preferences and push token, and any staff notes about your account. Your sign-in credential is disabled permanently.
Retained
Numerical operational records (check-in counts, points history, redemption ledger, audit entries) with your identity removed — the venue's accounting keeps its numbers, not your name. Apple retains your CTRL+ billing history under Apple's own policies.
No app access?
Send a deletion request through the contact page from the email on your account. Requests are honored within 30 days, with identity verification.
This page sets no cookies, loads no scripts beyond the site itself, and tracks nothing.
