Top-performer earning potential
Top-performing service staff can earn approximately $300–$400 on strong, high-volume nights. This earning level applies to certain service roles and does not describe every CTRL position.
Actual earnings are not guaranteed and vary by role, schedule, attendance, performance, guest volume, gratuities and applicable wage requirements.
