CTRL App
Privacy Policy
The CTRL app is operated by CTRL Nightclub in Springfield, Missouri. Effective August 13, 2026.
What we collect
Account
Email address and the display name you choose. Used to operate your membership account. Stored with our hosting provider; linked to you.
Attendance
Staff-scanned check-ins (event, time). Used for the rewards program you joined. Linked to you until account deletion, then retained without your identity.
Rewards and points
Earned and redeemed history. Same handling as attendance.
CTRL+ subscription state
Apple sends us signed subscription status (no card details — Apple never shares them). Used to unlock early access.
Notification preferences and push token
Only if you enable notifications. Deleted when you disable them or delete your account.
Location permission status
We store whether the optional arrival reminder is on. Your location itself is processed on your device only, is never uploaded, and never proves attendance.
Photos
Event photography is taken by the venue at events and published in the app's Drops. Contact us to request removal of a photo of you.
What we do not do
No selling of personal data. No advertising SDKs. No location tracking. Alcohol-related rewards are disabled.
Deletion
Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). Your profile, email and preferences are permanently removed. Operational records (check-in counts, points ledgers) are retained without anything identifying you, for venue accounting and fraud prevention. Details: account deletion.

This page sets no cookies, loads no scripts beyond the site itself, and tracks nothing.
