Terms of Use

1. 1. The app

   The app provides event information, photo drops, the CTRL Pass membership program, and the optional CTRL+ subscription.

2. 2. CTRL+

   CTRL+ is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Price is shown in the App Store before purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Early access windows are described in-app.

3. 3. Rewards

   Rewards are earned by verified staff-scanned check-ins, have no cash value, and may require age verification at redemption. Alcohol rewards are not offered.

4. 4. Tickets

   Event tickets are sold by external ticketing providers on their sites and terms; the app links out to them.

5. 5. Admission

   Venue admission remains subject to the venue's door policies (age, capacity, conduct).

6. 6. Conduct

   Abuse of the check-in or reward system (fraudulent scans, duplicate accounts) may result in account suspension.

7. 7. Photography

   Events are photographed; attendance areas are marked. Removal requests: see the privacy policy.
